Although there is not a known health risk associated with this, many women don’t like the appearance, especially if the clitoris begins to protrude outward. Clitororopexy elevation surgery is a procedure where the clitoris is lifted inward and upward. Commonly, this surgery is performed in combination with a labiaplasty or a clitoral hood lift.
